Repeat Prescriptions

A repeat prescription can be requested by using the tear off slip provided with your prescription or a piece of paper clearly stating your name, address and date of birth, together with the drugs you require.  These can be placed in the box on the right hand sidewall just through the entrance to the surgery.  Please allow us 48 working hours to process your request.  If you prefer to post your request and have it returned via mail please enclose a SAE and allow time for postage.

You may also order repeat prescriptions on-line (please select the SystmOnLine tab from the left hand side of the home page). You will need to register for this service by coming to the surgery in person and asking at reception to be registered. The receptionist will provide you with a username and password.
